About the role
This role will be reporting to the Assistant HR Manager and be required to execute day to day HR administration.
Job Description
- Responsible for providing administrative duties and support with key focus on recruitment, pre-onboarding, onboarding, offboarding and benefits administration.
- Assist in the recruitment process (eg: Contacting candidates, arranging safety orientation courses registration, arranging medical checkup, NIR registration).
- Application and renewal of work applications/work passes.
- Responsible for HR database (including leave administration) and employee’s records are maintained accurately.
- Responsible for workers’ onboarding, offboarding and repatriation process.
- Responsible for employees’ insurance, medical benefits & PCP administration by ensuring all employee related insurance and medical claims are registered and maintained accurately.
- Support the company training and development initiatives in areas such as administering the company’s total training plan, training needs analysis and monitoring of grants & schemes for learning programme
- Liaise with government authorities and agencies such MOM, ICA, CPF Board on employee related matters
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives including feedback sessions, staff bonding activities and wellness programs.
- Assist & participate in HR related projects and any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Candidates with minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required.
- Strong understanding with prior experience in Employment Practices and Regulations is required.
- A self-starter who is able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet objectives and deadlines independently in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in Infotech HRIS and MS office programs (eg: strong knowledge of mail merge, v-lookup, pivot table).
