Objectives:
As IT Service delivery manager, you are responsible for the Controls and optimizes the quality and efficiency of the IT services in one and/or multiple countries for all office, laboratory and production-oriented IT services, in line with the IT strategy of Prothya Biosolutions
Key responsibilities and result areas:
- Translating the strategic objectives of Prothya and its divisions into the necessary IT resources, budget and people needed to achieve these goals. Set up an effective and efficient IT service-delivery organization that matches the available resources, budget and people for realizing the necessary IT services. 2. You participate in different projects related to risk analyses, qualification and validation.
- Identifies opportunities with external parties to optimize and secure the service delivery within Prothya. You are responsible for performing risk analyses and determining corrective and preventive measures (CAPAs);
- Collects, analyzes and assesses the service delivery of both external parties and internal teams and the possible problems that arise. Estimates the impact on the business and users if the service delivery process fails or causes problems. If necessary, immediately takes appropriate measures and informs the stakeholders involved about this, both in terms of specific incidents and the overall process
- Hire, lead, coach and appraise employees, and develop (the cooperation between) employees of the assigned division using the relevant HR instruments, service and procedures.
Profile:
- You have a Master's degree (preferably in IT.) or equivalent through experience;
- Knowledge of program management, quality management, contracting, relationship management, customer excellence (CE) and continuous improvement (CI).
- Experience with working in an outsourced IT environment with multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
- Independence is required when performing the work at your own discretion based on the strategic IT policy of PROTHYA. Initiative and ingenuity are required in shaping strategic automation projects and realizing a continuous and reliable IT service. On an organizational level, it is possible to fall back on the VP IT.
