- Coordinate the logistics for liquid ISO container movements in and out of Jebel Ali facility and the helium supplier in Qatar and between those two locations.
- Coordination of all imports and exports.
- Close cooperation with supply chain planning team for APAC region.
- On-going analysis of product availability from the helium supply source against scheduled orders.
- Building alliances and collaborative relationships with the helium supplier, agents, vendors and logistics partners.
- Liaising with the local Operations Team to verify container availability and providing information on required repairs and maintenance will help to guarantee a smooth workflow in the workshop and in the helium supply chain.
- Planning and coordinating with contracted transport service provider for all container movements.
- Secure the necessary logistic and transport services from third-party providers and make appropriate decisions to select customs agents, shipping lines, ports and other related logistics partners.
